Antonia is a mother, doula, baker, breathwork facilitator, nature lover, and world traveler.
With her mind set on changing the world at a young age, she studied human rights and conflict studies at university before packing up and moving abroad to many different countries, including; China, India, Italy, Mexico, and Germany. She became fascinated with studying anatomy, biology, and nutrition in relation to health and wellness due to her own personal autoimmune issues. Through this, she became an expert in cooking and baking for people with these conditions, leading her to open up a specialty bakery in Toronto. Many adventures later, she wound up pregnant in Germany, married to the love of her life.
During her pregnancy and birth experience, Antonia experienced extreme spiritual and personal transformation that led her to become the mother and person she is today. She believes we can use pregnancy and motherhood as a gateway into major up-leveling in our personal and professional lives, healing generational trauma, living in abundance, joy, and becoming the greatest version of ourselves.
Antonia mixes her life experience with her training in birth work, breathwork facilitation, spiritual healing, and nutrition to bring women the support they need to thrive in the most transformational time of their lives. She now believes the best way to change the world is by having happy, healthy, and thriving mothers that care for happy, healthy, and thriving babies.
